I am an IT student at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, majoring in Information Technology. In my role as a technical consultant, I assist users with troubleshooting, perform system updates, and manage maintenance for university computers. I also work as a teaching assistant for IT courses, supporting both students and instructors with technical guidance and hands-on learning. My experience includes basic hardware, server administration, data management, web development, along with strong skills in problem-solving and project management.
